Alex Kozma has practiced Buddhist and Taoist martial and meditation methods for fifteen years. In order to find genuine masters of these internal energy traditions he has traveled to the sacred mountains of the Himalayas and China, as well as to Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, North America and Europe. He continues traveling in the Far East of further his research.
